EXCELO INDUSTRIES INC. is Howrah (near Kolkata in eastern
India) based a decade old organisation, active in the field of manufacturing
engineering components and sub assemblies, as per the drawing and design
of the customers. The Unit is managed by a group of professionals and
is headed by a Metallurgical Engineer with Post Graduation in Management.
The ready to use parts are made from Cast, Forged, Pressed, Stamped,
Rolled Bar and from the Fabricated Items. We have the in-house manufacturing
facilities of the Items, which include Machining, Stamping,
Fabrication and Production of Non-Ferrous Castings, Gravity Die Cast
Parts of Aluminium, in particular.
The items can be supplied with surface treatments, which include Induction
Hardening, Electro Plating and Painting. Besides our own Manufacturing
facilities, we also have a select list of approved Vendors of Grey Iron
and Steel Casting Foundries, Steel Forging Units who support us in getting
the items made under our supervision.
The Working and Quality System of the Organisation is ISO-9001:2008
Certified. We are catering our services to different Sectors
like Material Handling, Conveyor System , Fastening, Rolling Stock,
Defence, Marine, Mining and Machine Building etc.
We are registered with Defence organisations, NSIC, MSME
and the rating has also been done by CRISIL.
Our Direct Customers include the Indian Railways, Indian Defence
Organisations, BEML, Eastern Coalfield Ltd., Hindalco, Suguna Foods
etc. We have also been exporting the products directly to our Customers
based in Germany, The Netherlands, England, Denmark, Australia and to
the USA.
Awards and Accolades from several organisations including those of EEPC,
Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India have been boosting
our morale.
